Please note: If you are a GCS Pre-collect Letter Program client and wish to stop a pre-collect program in process, roll a pre-collect account into our call and collect program, or order additional pre-collect electronic vouchers, please contact your account manager directly or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
System Access – This tool allows client access to the General Credit collection system. Here you can view real-time collection account inventories, get on-demand progress reports on individual debts, view your month-to-date statement details, and enter accounts.
Enter New Accounts – Use this tool to assign new collection accounts to General CSI. Accounts loaded using this tool will be live on the collection system within 24 hours. (single accounts may also be loaded directly onto our collection system in the Remote System Access Main Menu).
File Upload – Use this tool to upload batches of new collection accounts to General CSI’s Data Entry department. Accounts loaded using this tool will be live on the collection system within 24 hours. (Load single files using the “New Account Entry” tool above, or use the “New Account Entry” function in the Remote System Access Main Menu).
Direct Payment Advice – Use this tool to advise us of payments made to your office. Payments reported using this tool will be posted to the collection system the same day they are received up to 3.00PM PST. Payments reported after 3.00PM PST will be posted the next business day.
