I’m Trying to Phone but I Can’t Reach Anyone at Your Office!

Our offices are open for calls six days a week, during normal business hours in all Provinces and territories – if you are calling outside normal business hours, on Sundays, or on holidays, in some cases we do have limited service staff to accept calls.

Do not call into our office using a blocked number, or anonymous caller ID – to serve you better, our systems use your number to route your call to the most appropriate department, and region. Blocked caller IDs will not be recognized by our contact centers.

We try to handle all calls quickly but we also understand that your time is valuable and we don’t want to have you wait on hold.
