If you are looking for information as to why our phone number showed up on your call display, why we left a message for you or someone in your household, or simply to schedule a call back, then you are at the right place!

We are calling you to speak to you or someone in your household, about an important personal business matter – in most cases, this is a time-sensitive issue and you should call us back at the number on your call display, or at the number at the top of this page as soon as possible.

We will only be able to discuss this matter with the person we are trying to reach – we will need to validate some information before discussing any personal matter, so you may be asked to provide some information when calling our offices – this is to protect YOU.

You have the Wrong number!

Oops – sorry! Just because we called your number doesn’t always mean we are trying to reach you – we call the phone numbers that are provided to us by our clients, usually to reach their customers to discuss a personal business matter. In some cases, it is possible that we are calling the wrong number – this could be because someone moved and/or got a new phone number and didn’t let our client know to update their records. If this happens, and we have left a message for someone you don’t know, please take a minute to let us know and we will not call your number again – do not forget to let us know the number, and who we are trying to reach. .

Updates can take up to 24 hours.

Once confirmed as a wrong number, we will remove your phone number from our system for a specific account however in some cases another account may be listed with us with your number included – we’ll try to prevent future calls, but it can happen.
